Psychotherapy for Adults in Oregon

Online and In Person

Welcome.

I'm glad you're here. I'm Becca (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to adults in Portland, Oregon, and virtually throughout the state.

I offer a warm, consistent, and collaborative space where you can slow down and make sense of the patterns shaping your relationships and life. Many people begin therapy knowing something doesn't feel quite right but aren't sure why or how to move forward. Together, we'll approach those questions with curiosity to help you achieve greater clarity, connection, and choice. As patterns become clearer, new possibilities can emerge.

Education & Credentials

I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2017 with a Master of Social Work degree (MSW). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon (License # 12312)

What I do

I specialize in helping clients deepen their connection with themselves and with others. My approach is insight-oriented, attachment-based, and psychodynamic, with influences from Internal Family Systems (IFS). You can read more about what that all means here. Our work together may include identifying recurring emotional and relational patterns—or the different "parts" of yourself that emerge in certain situations. We'll explore how these patterns developed, tend to older wounds with compassion, build emotional awareness, and experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and the people in your life.

At its core, therapy with me is about developing greater emotional flexibility, self-understanding, and the capacity for meaningful connection. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, we'll work to understand the deeper processes shaping your experiences so that lasting change becomes possible. If you're someone who feels curious about making deeper sense of yourself, your relationships, or the patterns that seem to repeat in your life, I can offer a space for exploration and growth. My hope is that we will cultivate a therapeutic relationship that will support you in feeling more ease and authenticity in your life.
